To speed up customs procedures for businesses, there is a possibility to obtain a preliminary decision on binding information on the classification of goods, including complete objects that are delivered disassembled in several consignments over a long period of time. This possibility allows to have the foreseen information on the level of duty at which the goods will be taxed in accordance with the Customs Code of Ukraine (Articles 23, 232).
