On April 22, Ukraine fulfilled its obligation to join the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure in 2022 and timely switched to the updated version of the NCTS Phase 5 IT system. This version is the basis for compliance with the requirements of this convention.
Accession to the Convention is an important prerequisite for joining the European Union and one of Ukraine’s key obligations under the economic part of the Association Agreement with the EU.

Login and password for access to the Trader’s Portal can be obtained in the Personal Account on the Single Window for International Trade web portal, similarly to how the NCTS Phase 4 Trader’s Portal was accessed.
