The State Customs Service of Ukraine introduces a new integration platform “Single Window – UAIS – NCTS”, which simplifies customs procedures and brings them closer to European standards.
Transit Declarations through the Single Window
The possibility to submit transit declarations is realized in the Personal Office on the portal “Single Window for International Trade“. IT solutions and functionality
The system implements a number of intuitive functions that simplify the process of filing declarations, including the ability to create a T1 declaration from export declarations, selection of the optimal route and the appropriate transit customs, search for the destination customs nearest to the recipient, the ability to machine translate the names of goods into Ukrainian from the official languages of the member countries of the Convention on Joint Transit Procedures and in the opposite direction, etc.
Mobility and convenience
The launch of the system will allow to submit transit declarations even from a cell phone, which will significantly simplify the process and speed up customs clearance, providing convenience and mobility for all participants of the transit process.
Future possibilities
Once the system is fully launched, various options for declaration submission through the Trader Portal and brokerage software will be available, expanding business opportunities.
